The mains here are pretty time intensive, so we’re cutting you some slack on the salad. This is incredibly simple, intended to pair with the other mains.
Originally, I wanted thinly sliced kumquats here, but I couldn’t find any at the markets I frequent, so blood oranges it is. If you can find them? Try kumquats! I would say about 1/2 pint, sliced thin.
