A new favorite way with cabbage! While I typically discard a cabbage core, it is important to keep the cabbage intact in order to move things around in this recipe. We do this all stove top and just use the pans lid to keep the heat in and warm them through. Either way!
This pepita harissa adds a bit of texture and heat, while the tahini contributes the perfect creaminess.
