Savory Dutch Baby

This golden Dutch baby is spiked with some cornmeal to give it extra flavor and golden hue. Make it savory with prosciutto and burrata or use the same batter to do a sweet version with whipping cream and fruit. The freshly grated nutmeg really is lovely in both the sweet and savory Dutch babies, as it adds much needed complexity and floral notes to the base, but feel free to skip it or add cinnamon or ground nutmeg instead.
The pancake ingredients can be made in advance, even better if you can! As the flour and cornmeal hydrates and makes for a great texture.
