Roasted Broccoli Wedges w/ Green Goddess

We’re going to treat the broccoli like it is THEE star here. We’re making one of my favorite sauces on the site, and adding crisp, tender roasted broccoli piled on top. Add a protein if you wish, or some rice, quinoa etc. to fill out this meal.
I added cheese on top, but I think Green Goddess can go with any number of cheeses, or also avocado if you’re keeping things dairy free.
