Summer Snacking Board

Feeding people something shareable that can be grazed on over the course of a few hours is always a good idea, especially when your kitchen is too hot to cook.

There are a few elements here with the avocado green goddess, white bean spread, and the grilled protein. You can make one of these elements and buy the other from the store, no one will tell Ina! Or, you can delegate and have your guests bring over one of the spreads so you can feel like you cooked it together.

The board options are geared towards summer, with grilled stone fruit, cherries, and soft burrata. This is a suggestion for things that pair well together, but feel free to swap out any elements for your family favorites. The most affordable cheese board selection is Trader Joes, if you have one near you, but many larger super markets have a specialty cheese section and the appropriate extras.

It doesn’t have to be overly fussy, it’s essentially adult lunchables. But taking the time to assemble and have different colors, textures, and elements with salt, fat, acid, etc. that makes something special.
