A cake that also works for tea or brunch! We’re a little early on the rhubarb ask, so if you don't see it in your produce section, look for frozen. I found some at Sprouts. Alternatively, so long as you have the same yield of mixed berries, it all works out! Much like a stalk of celery, you’ll want to trim the ends and cut it small for the cake.
