In Sarah’s book, she suggests these as either burgers or meatballs. We cooked them as burgers in English muffins, or as lettuce wraps. I halved the called for amount of chipotle so this could be more family friendly.

Cans of chipotle are usually always more than you need. I freeze the extra in single portions (about 3-4 chipotles), so I can pull them out as needed. It’s a great add-in to chili or tortilla soup.
