Roasted Cabbage Salad with Tahini Mustard Dressing

We love warm cabbage wedges, but I saw a reel of it all tossed up with crunchy bits and haven’t stopped thinking about it. The dressing is thick and almost reminds me of caesar with that dash of worchestershire and the texture. It's so good!

We served it with some simple pan-seared hanger steak and roasted baby potatoes. It would be great with a whole roasted chicken or even some quick-roasted salmon.
