Pumpkin Chai Cheesecake Tart

This beautiful tart mimics a hybrid of classic pumpkin pie and cheesecake. For those of us who prefer a cookie-like crust over pie crust, this is the one! It’s not overly sweet, generously spiced, and a perfect end to a holiday meal.

I do think this one would be excellent with non-dairy swaps. Use some Miyokos butter and Kite Hill cream cheese and sour cream. It does need the eggs to hold the custard together, so don’t skip those! They are carrying the Nielsen-Massey vanilla bean paste at our local Costco right now for holiday baking for a great price.
