Pizza Night Salad

We have two different “Italian salads” on SKCC that I often recommend with pizza, but I thought I would go for one more, with a new dressing, since I am making one for a pizza party this weekend. Also, the most frequent text I get from my mom may be, “What is a salad I can make to go along with takeout pizza?.” So, here is a direct link for her!

I tried to make the salad full of goodies, but not cheesy, since pizza already is. I put a little parm in the dressing for depth of flavor, and it is to your discretion to add a bit to the salad, but the greens get richness from olives and sun-dried tomatoes here. I know pine nuts are a small fortune, so almonds or walnuts would be fine too!
