Generally, I’m not a brown liquor person, but I love this. The honey, ginger and lemon brighten it up. The syrup will get you 4 cocktails. It’s also lovely mixed with soda water if you’re in a mocktail mood.
We stock bourbon, not scotch, and while perhaps not authentic to the title, it tastes great either way.
