I did make this for the kids, thinking it resembled their mac ‘n cheese with an upgrade. Both ate it, and we had lots left over. I think you could freeze it, but I give food away to whoever passes through. This makes A LOT. If you are making any other dishes to go along with this or don’t want leftovers, definitely halve it!
