Oven Baked Kebab Wraps

I’ve been buying the 3-pack of organic ground beef at Costco and as much as we love a taco, we use one block for these wraps or bowls now too. I can get it seasoned and rolled up earlier in the day so I just bake it off while getting all my wrap bits together.
My little people are getting bigger, we like leftovers and see previous Costco note. I use 1 1/3 lbs. ground beef and just use a little more of each spice. I will write in for one pound as I think that’s what most buy. This is forgiving, so if you use a bit more meat, just be generous with your measuring.
A store-bought tzatziki or garlic sauce are great as a shortcut, but we have recipes here for a cucumber sauce and here for something garlicky or a tahini base. You just for sure need a sauce - any of these would be great!
