This sauce is great anywhere with a lot of spice and heat, as it cools down the other flavors, to balance thing out. We use it on the Greek Gyros, with Lentil Meatballs or as a side with lamb.

The garlic gets strong and the sauce starts to separate after too long in the fridge, so try to get through this one within a week. After it's prime, it works as a great chicken marinade as well.
