Dark Chocolate Brownie Cookies

These cookies require the eggs and sugar to be beaten for 4-5 minutes. If you don’t have a hand or stand mixer, just use a whisk and whisk the eggs and sugar vigorously for 1-2 minutes. They, admittedly, won’t be the same consistency as when using an electric mixer, but they’ll still be delicious.
Chocolove bars were used here but you can use your favorite 70% bar. 6 oz. will do.
