Capicola & Spicy Pineapple Pizza w/ Hot Honey

I ripped this combo off from our favorite local pizza spot, and they use capicola or coppa, generally part of charcuterie boards, because it's an elevated take on a "ham and pineapple" combo. You can find this pork product at a well stocked cheese section, Whole Foods or Gelson's deli, or I found it in a spicy combo pack at Trader Joe's. Your alternative would be to dice up some Canadian bacon. Not as fancy looking but if making this for the kids and not my business, it would have been just as well liked!
Serve along with the Pizza Night Salad.
