Peach Tart

I stumbled upon this food52 recipe while looking for simple summer peach dessert ideas. I love snacking on fruit in the summer, but my people only eat it at the pace I buy it if it's cut up and left out. Alas, lots of ripe peaches. We loved this! I could easily see it working with strawberries, and it would be a good one to make the morning of a dinner party. I had mostly white peaches, and think orange would have held their color better but it tasted great!
