No-Churn Ice Cream w/ Caramel & Graham Crispies

We had an ice cream maker for years. Ice cream is one of my most favorite desserts, but the homemade stuff always seemed to not quite be worth the effort so I passed it along. There is a no-churn method I’d read about (I followed a Food Network recipe) with whipped cream and sweetened condensed milk that was a hit!

Unfortunately, because we need the air of the whipped cream here, I can’t speak to a non-dairy alternative. You can make a whipped topping with coconut milk, and there is sweetened condensed coconut milk option, but I have not tried it.

If you don’t use the bourbon, add a splash more vanilla. No nuts? Skip them and replace them with two more graham rectangles.
