This is your holiday MVP. Versatile and can be used to brighten up any dish on your table regardless of how much cream and butter are in the mix.
This was inspired in part by a disdain for mincing garlic and zesting for EACH recipe that we make on Thanksgiving and will help you move through your prep time with ease. We will use it in the turkey and the beans, but I also mixed this into cauliflower mash and mashed potatoes, and it was wonderful. Think of it as you would a salt bowl on your kitchen counter. Add a few spoonful’s and everything brightens up.
Not a sage fan? Swap with thyme or rosemary. Make sure your knife is sharp and everything is a small and uniform mince.
