Squeezing a few more grilling things in before summer ends! I’ve been hosting families lately and I get stuck on ideas that have some make ahead moments and could appeal to picky kids or adults. I found this idea in a deep Pinterest search a few weeks ago and while I wouldn't consider myself a hot dog gal, I could get into these. It would be easy to make giardiniera from scratch, but I found some in the grocery store near the olives.
Serve the hot dogs alongside a big green salad and some cut fruit and you’ll have a happy crowd!
