Honey Soy Ramen Noodles w/ Slaw

Honey Soy Ramen Noodles w/ Slaw

In an effort to keep this one quick, it calls for a bag of either Cruciferous Crunch from Trader Joe’s (tough stems removed), or angel hair shredded cabbage slaw (it just means cut super thinly). If you can’t find precut angel hair slaw, you can obviously cut it on your own as well.

I used one 14 oz. firm tofu package and 1 lb. of ground pork in my largest skillet to make the crispy topping and that fed four with leftovers. If you do not eat one or the other, you could do one protein for a smaller portion, or just double either the tofu or pork if you want to feed closer to 6!

Some brands (Momofuku, Trader Joes etc.) make ramen packs with a small sauce packet. If you use that, the sauce packet can be used in place of the soy sauce and chili crunch.
