Honey Corn Cake w/ Berries & Cream

I made this for a friend's birthday recently and it was the perfect pillow for some fresh whipped cream and berries. This will be a spring and summer staple - everything mixed in one bowl and crowd-pleasing. I could even see putting a little bit of rosemary in the cake. It goes so well with lemon and berries and could also be made to feel even fancier.
I baked mine in a 9” cake pan but I could see this working in a 8” or 9” square pan with adjusted baking times. Yossy suggests adding crème fraîche to your whipped cream. I tried to keep the ingredients more concise, but add a few dollops if you have it for a bit of tang!
