The great thing about a cobb salad, is that pulling a meal from it for kids is pretty easy. The components on top of the greens are pretty family friendly, and mine loved the dressing to dip their chicken in as well.

Weather permitting, I am writing directions for grilling the chicken and tomatoes. Alternatively, pan searing the chicken and jumbling the tomatoes on the side to brown a bit also works.
