Gremolata Green Beans w/ Crispy Shallots

No mushy beans! A respite from the traditional casserole, these have the same flavors, just updated a bit and a lot brighter. We’ve already made the gremolata, so the seasoning is mostly done for you.

Shallots can be fried in advance, and beans can be blanched the day before. If you have everything prepped and ready this comes together very quickly. The dish is best served right out of the pan, so plan to finish the dish while your turkey is resting.

Use a mandolin for the shallots if you have one!
