You can use your favorite salsa verde here! I’ve found salinity really varies between jarred salsas, so start with 3/4 teaspoon of sea salt and move from there. The kids wanted theirs with chips on top and Hugh had rice. I love how this stew fed everyone and lasted for a few lunches as well.
