Flourless Chocolate Hazelnut Cake

This is rich. It is chocolatey and fudgey and can feed a lot of folks because you don’t need a lot. It is a few dishes buuuut happy New Year! So worth it. It smells like a dream.

This could also go pepperminty with some peppermint extract and crushed candy canes on top instead of the candied nuts. It’s basically like a giant brownie, go crazy with your toppings.

Because there has been a lot of dairy and eggs around here the past few weeks, I will also point you towards Dana’s vegan chocolate cake It is an excellent alternative for those who do not eat eggs or dairy! I have made it before and added a layer of chocolate ganache (just melted chocolate chips and coconut milk and made a yum little layer on top).
