So we have a few recipes that use carnitas, but I want to isolate one for just the meat, and show how you can make this once, and use it a few times! We’ll make a big batch of braised pork shoulder, and then it can be used in tacos or bowls, painted with a teriyaki sort of glaze, and reinvented to be an Asian bowl with rice and broccoli, on top of ramen, or to put into a tortilla-esque soup, with all the fixings on top to make it special.

The recipe shown will just be for the pork itself, you’ll need to add the grocery items so suggested servings on your own, so everyone can choose their own adventure.
