We all have that family member that prefers the gelatinized stuff from a can, but this is our attempt at a compromise. Lightly sweetened, bright and punchy. It’s even better the next day smeared on a sandwich.
You can make this up to three days in advance, so if you’re looking to prep ahead this is a great option. The recipe can be halved exactly if you are feeding a smaller group.
