If you don’t like coconut these are totally fine without! The burger mix is pretty moist, so don’t skip the step to let them chill before forming. We liked these in slider form, but you can make them full size if you want.

No buns? Serve it over a salad or a rice bowl. Time to get creative 😊

It’s not quite grilling season yet, but if you live in a warmer climate, these are a great precursor to summer! You can make these in a skillet or a grill pan indoors as well if needed.

If your pan is too hot, you may have the outsides start to get very crisp before the middle is quite done. If this happens, you can transfer the burgs to a sheet pan and finish cooking in the oven at 400’ until the insides are cooked through.
