Cider Bourbon Cocktail

I don’t love bourbon, but with the spiced cider and lemon here, it lightens it up somehow. I suppose you could do this with vodka? Definitely transfer to a mocktail.

This makes two, but you can multiply and make a larger batch for a gathering or the holidays. Make it in a jar, store it in the fridge, fill glasses with ice, the bev and then top each one with a garnish and ginger beer.
