Frozen chocolate covered bananas are a summer staple so we made a spin on those. We freeze banana coins and blend them with cocoa powder, peanut butter, maple, and almond milk to make a smooth ice cream. You can either freeze this is in a loaf pan, serve scoops and do the chocolate topping as a magic shell, or you can freeze in popsicle molds or paper cups.
