I tried to make this small batch, but you’re stillllll getting at least 8 parfaits which are even good on the second day! They don’t necessarily need to be eaten immediately, so if you have more than you need for a Valentine's dinner, revisit them for breakfast :)
The cake was tested with Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour with success.
