Chimichurri Grilled Chicken w/ Nectarines & Burrata

A herb packed chicken marinade that is going to double here as both the marinade and the dressing at the end, so read up!

We fill up the platter with a bunch of ripe nectarines, cucumbers, herbs, and balls of mini mozzarella. I think burrata would be stunning as well, but our kids love the mozz balls, either one is great in equal volume.
