Requests for lunchbox treats coming in for the end of the school year! Good thing you can eat these year-round.
There are no nuts, as I know that is a common school no no. I tried ours with GF 1:1 flour and they work well, but all-purpose is fine too.
They are not super sweet, so if you want them to be more cookie-like, add 2-3 Tbsp. of light brown sugar to the batter.
