This is simple and crunchy - the perfect thing to accompany the plethora or flavors that are likely happening at your table. Chop the greens in advance. The dressing and savory granola can be made in advance as well but keep them separate until serving.
My inclination is to add pom seeds to everything this time of year. I exercised restraint, but if you have some leftover from the crostinis, toss them in for color!
