We are making a quick-ish weeknight fish tacos with cod that is easy to make from frozen. Most of the fresh fish we like is in season in the summer, so we rely on frozen options in the cooler months. Tilapia or cod are both affordable and easy to find.

I only want to have you make one sauce here, and these need the avocado sauce from the archives. But, if you’re up for it, make our pickled onions too! Those are always excellent on fish tacos. See the homemade corn tortillas as the boost recipe this week!
