This may be quicker than takeout (and slightly more wholesome)! I love this weeknight beef bulgogi because it’s a crowd pleaser and cooks in less than 30 minutes. Served with blistered broccoli florets, it works for even the most picky eaters.

The pear may seem bizarre, but it acts as a tenderizer for the meat! Any variety of pear will do.

For the adults at the table, feel free to pile on the pickled veggies, kimchi, etc.!
