Bang Bang Chicken Skewers

The name of this sauce is a recognizable name for a spicy chili mayo sauce. It is used here for a lacquering on while grilling, and also used as a dipping sauce. Mix it once — brush it on twice while grilling, then serve the rest for dipping. I am insufferable about how much I love a charcoal over a gas grill, and this one I got for my bday looks so pretty too.

I would make these with the Mexi Slaw, or Noodle Salad for a complete meal but they are also a great appetizer in our protein loving world!
