Zhoug Sauce

I repeat, chiles vary in spice level. Mine were from Trader Joe's, which I find to be milder, so I left most seeds in. When I get them from the farmers market or elsewhere, I take out most seeds.

This sauce will be heavier on the herbs than oil, so it will likely separate a bit. If you would like a richer, looser sauce, add a bit more oil.
