So, we are going to stir-fry a heap of vegetables here, so you can choose what your family likes.
Seasonally? Choices are sparse this time of year, so pardon my out-of-season picks here. Bless you California who still has peppers and snap peas available. We generally want about 1.5-2lbs. of vegetables, however that may look.
As noted in the directions, I start the longer cooking vegetables in the pan first, such as carrots, onions, broccoli, then add quicker coking ones, such as asparagus, snow peas or zucchini about 5 minutes in.
