It does look like a very long list of ingredients, but many of them repeat in both the marinade and dressing. I make them both at the same time (the morning of) so the steak can marinate, then do all my chopping and salad assembly at dinnertime.

If you aren’t a steak person, chicken or extra firm tofu would all be great; just adjust your cooking time.
