You know your people, if they’ll eat a veggie bowl like this, either tossed together or deconstructed. The pesto can also be tossed with some quick noodles and peas if you need a 10 minute alternative for kids. The pepper can vary widely on spice level, I like to leave in a few seeds, but you can remove all of them if you don’t like any heat.
