Salmon Bánh-Mi-style Wraps

This isn’t authentic Bánh mì. If you have had a Bánh mì before, you’ll know the best part of the sandwich is the pickled veggies that brighten up the whole dish. Here, we took inspiration from the original and kept the pickled veg, lots of herbs, and gave you the option to make a lettuce wrap or a charred tortilla.
The salmon is cooked in the oven, which allows you to prepare the rest of the dish without getting salmon splatter all over your stove. If you’re not feeling lettuce or tortilla, this is also great served over steamed white rice!
