Quick Roasted Asparagus w/ Pesto & Burrata

We are into basil season now and you can certainly make pesto on your own, but the one from Costco is really great as a store-bought option! For this application, I like to bring it to room temperature and stir in a little lemon juice for freshness.
Everyone has a preference on asparagus thickness, but I think the medium to thicker ones are best here. Asparagus snaps at a natural point to get rid of the woodsy ends, and I shave them down on the ends real quick (not crucial, but looks nice).
I assume for about ½ a burrata ball per person but I’ll let you adjust there as needed.
