Trying to squeeze this in before the weather is way too hot for soup, hope I didn't miss this window wherever you are! Part of this started from having way too much leftover esquites, and blending it up with broth for a quick soup. I worked backwards, assuming most people aren't stocking leftover street corn as an ingredient.
