Summer Steak Salads w/ Green Goddess Dressing

Perhaps you’ve found amazing summer peaches, but I’ve had bad luck lately. The best we’ve found are donut peaches and nectarines, though they’re not as easy to grill.

This salad is more composed and shallow bowl-friendly than a tossed salad, so save it for an occasion where you can plate it as pictured! I am linking our green goddess dressing which I have drizzled on top. I don't love creamy dressings to toss, so I also made the citrus vinaigrette in the archives because its always good to have on hand, so you're looking at two different dressing pictured. Make both if you want them around for the week, or just one if that sounds ridiculous!
