
Green Chile Cornbread Muffins

This is a denser cornbread, not a light, cakey cornbread. I make the muffins, split, toast them and crumble them on top for the chili. If you are more for cornbread in a skillet, a 10” skillet will give you a nice depth. Simply add about 10ish minutes to the baking time, and watch the center for doneness.
