I’ve been looking for an excuse to buy these cb2 coupes but am typically a margarita gal. I do appreciate a nice botanical gin and a pretty cocktail so planning on these for Easter! They are not necessarily easy to batch and just pour over ice, but if your ice spheres were ready, I could see making these for a group once you pop the champagne. You could get about 6 cocktails per bottle of champagne depending on your glassware.
Not alch option? Still make the pretty ice cube in the coupe with the rosemary and lemon strip. Pour one of the St. Moritz Mules from De Soi over the top of the ice sphere so it feels fancy!
