Broccoli Rubble Pizzas

I got the name “broccoli rubble” from Smitten Kitchen, who coincidentally inspired this pizza that my kids loved! My kids usually don’t want any vegetable on their pizza, but with this béchamel base (a creamy white sauce), and more cheese melted with the broccoli, it was an easier sell.

This made two medium sized pizzas that we served with a simple salad on the side.
