Banana Boats w/ Whiskey Caramel

I would never publish this as a “recipe” if it weren’t to flush out some camping ideas! I know it is assembly, but when we’re working with a cooler and a propane stove or fire, it is time to scale down.

When you need a break from smores, this is the same idea, different vehicle. Split the banana, load it up with toppings, wrap it in foil and warm it up over the fire. The bananas gets warm and tender and the chocolate melts and they’re pretty delicious.
